Precision Thermal Cutting for Intricate Industrial Tasks

The ATLC 250620 Mini Thermic Lance is the go-to solution for high-precision thermal piercing and cutting. At 6mm in diameter, these rods offer a thinner, more focused heat stream than the 10mm variant, making them ideal for smaller pin removals and delicate gouging. Capable of reaching temperatures of 4,000°C, they allow operators to melt through hardened steel, cast iron, and concrete with surgical accuracy.

Key Features & Benefits

Precision Pin Removal: Specifically designed for boring out smaller seized pins (typically under 50mm diameter) in hydraulic cylinders and light-to-medium machinery.
Highly Maneuverable: The slim 6mm profile allows for better visibility and access in extremely tight gaps where larger lances cannot fit.
Instant High-Heat Reaction: Rapidly cuts through reinforced concrete and non-ferrous metals by creating a concentrated exothermic reaction.
Low Oxygen Consumption: Requires less oxygen flow than larger lances, extending the life of your gas supply during detailed jobs.
Compact Professional Pack: Sold as a convenient 25-pack (Part No. 250620), perfect for mobile service technicians and workshops.
