ALLCLEAR MT31 On-Torch Welding Fume Extractor – WC-MT31

The ALLCLEAR MT31 On-Torch Welding Fume Extractor is a compact and portable welding fume extraction system designed to capture harmful welding fumes directly at the MIG torch. Ideal for light-to-medium industrial welding applications, the ALLCLEAR MT31 provides effective source extraction while allowing the extraction point to move naturally with the welder.

Operating from a standard 230V 10A single-phase power supply, the ALLCLEAR MT31 welding fume extractor is easy to use in fabrication workshops, maintenance facilities, mobile welding applications and confined work areas where traditional extraction arms may not be practical.

Powerful On-Torch Welding Fume Extraction

Unlike conventional extraction arms that must be repositioned as the welder moves, the ALLCLEAR MT31 On-Torch Fume Extractor captures welding fumes directly through a compatible fume extraction MIG torch.

With up to 21,000Pa suction pressure and maximum airflow of approximately 200m³/hr, the MT31 provides strong localised extraction directly where welding fumes are generated.

This makes on-torch welding fume extraction particularly useful for large components, long welds and applications where the welding position frequently changes.

Automatic Torch Trigger On/Off

The ALLCLEAR MT31 features an intelligent Auto On/Off function that synchronises the fume extractor with the MIG torch trigger.

When used with the Weldclass ALLCLEAR FT36E MIG Fume Torch, the system provides plug-and-play automatic operation. When welding begins, the extractor activates automatically and stops when required.

Compatible third-party fume extraction torches can also be used with the supplied earth/current sensing connection.

Cleanable & Reusable E12 Filter

The ALLCLEAR MT31 welding fume extractor incorporates a large cleanable E12 cylindrical filter, designed for extended service life and reduced ongoing filter replacement costs.

A filter-life indicator helps the operator monitor filter condition, while the removable filter design allows collected welding dust to be cleaned from the filter when required.

A carbon filter also assists with reducing odours in the filtered air.

Spark Protection

An integrated spark deflector helps prevent coarse and hot welding particles from reaching the main filter.

This helps:

• Extend filter life
• Protect the filtration system
• Reduce fire risk
• Improve long-term extraction performance

Variable Suction Control

The ALLCLEAR MT31 includes variable fan speed control, allowing the operator to adjust extraction performance according to the welding process and application.

This provides a useful balance between effective fume capture and comfortable torch handling.
