Mobile Welding Fume Extractor ALLCLEAR^® MA350 STD

The ALLCLEAR^® MA350 is a 415V mobile fume extraction and filtration unit for welding and grinding. With cleanable cartridge filter for extended filter life, the MA350 offers significantly lower operating costs vs units with traditional ‘box filters’. A special deflector plate above the filter further extends filter life and virtually eliminates the risk of fire. Convenient access door allows for in-situ cleaning, and avoids operator exposure to collected fume dust. Equipped with two 3-metre arms, working hour counter, filter fullness indicator, malfunction warning, and a unique dust collection bin. Mounted on casters for mobility, and operates off 3-phase 415V power supply.

The ALLCLEAR MA350 STD Mobile Welding Fume Extractor delivers maximum airflow of up to 3,500m³/hr, providing strong extraction performance for demanding welding and fabrication environments.

By positioning the extraction hood close to the welding arc, the MA350 STD captures welding fumes directly at the source before contaminants can spread throughout the workshop.

Effective welding fume extraction helps improve workplace air quality and reduces the amount of airborne welding smoke, grinding dust and particulate matter within the work area.

Twin 3m Welding Fume Extraction Arms

A major advantage of the ALLCLEAR MA350 STD fume extractor is its dual 3 metre extraction arm configuration.

The twin arms allow two welding positions or larger fabrication areas to be serviced from a single mobile extraction unit. Each flexible arm can be positioned close to the welding or grinding process for efficient source capture.

Large 28m² Cleanable Filter System

The ALLCLEAR MA350 STD welding fume extraction system features two large 14m² nanofibre cartridge filters, providing a combined filtration surface area of 28m².

The cleanable cartridge design helps extend filter service life and reduce ongoing replacement costs compared with traditional disposable filter systems.

Filters can be manually cleaned using compressed air through the convenient access system, helping maintain effective airflow and extraction performance.

Spark Deflector and Dust Collection

The ALLCLEAR MA350 STD incorporates an internal spark deflector and pre-separator designed to protect the cartridge filters from welding sparks and larger particles.

Collected welding dust and contaminants are directed into a dedicated dust collection area, making maintenance easier while helping extend filter life.
