Mobile Welding Fume Extractor ALLCLEAR^® MA350 AUTO

The ALLCLEAR^® MA350 AUTO is a 415V mobile fume extraction and filtration unit for welding and grinding, with automatic compressed-air filter cleaning system for high efficiency and ease of use. With cleanable cartridge filter for extended filter life, the MA350 AUTO offers significantly lower operating costs vs traditional filters. A special deflector plate above the filter further extends filter life and virtually eliminates the risk of fire. Equipped with twin 3-metre arms, working hour counter, filter fullness indicator, malfunction warning, and a unique dust collection bin. Mounted on casters for mobility, and operates off 3-phase 415V power supply.

Automatic Filter Cleaning

The major advantage of the ALLCLEAR MA350 AUTO Mobile Welding Fume Extractor is its automatic compressed-air filter cleaning system.

Compressed air automatically cleans accumulated welding dust from the cartridge filters, helping maintain extraction performance and extend filter life. This makes the MA350 AUTO particularly suitable for higher-use welding environments where manual filter cleaning would create unnecessary downtime.

Note: A compressed-air supply is required for the automatic filter-cleaning system.

Twin 3m Extraction Arms

The twin 3 metre extraction arms provide excellent coverage across larger work areas and allow two welding positions to be serviced from one mobile fume extractor.

Each extraction hood can be positioned close to the welding arc, grinding area or cutting process to capture fumes and airborne particles directly at the source.

High-Capacity 28m² Filtration

The ALLCLEAR MA350 AUTO welding fume extraction system uses two cleanable nanofibre cartridge filters providing a combined filtration area of approximately 28m².

An integrated pre-separator impact plate helps protect the filters from sparks and coarse particles, reducing the risk of filter damage and helping extend filter life.

Collected dust is discharged into a dedicated collection drawer, allowing easier and safer removal of contaminants.
