The ALLCLEAR MA300 AUTO Mobile Welding Fume Extractor is a powerful, professional fume extraction and filtration system designed for welding, grinding and metal fabrication applications. Featuring automatic compressed-air filter cleaning, high extraction performance and a flexible 3 metre extraction arm, the MA300 AUTO provides effective source extraction while reducing operator downtime and ongoing filter replacement costs.

Operating from a convenient 230V single-phase 10A power supply, the ALLCLEAR MA300 AUTO is ideal for fabrication workshops, welding bays, maintenance facilities, training centres and industrial environments where effective mobile welding fume extraction is required.

Automatic Filter Cleaning

The key advantage of the ALLCLEAR MA300 AUTO Welding Fume Extractor is its automatic pulse filter-cleaning system.

Compressed air is accumulated inside the machine and released through the cartridge filter to remove collected welding dust. This helps maintain extraction performance, extend filter life and reduce the amount of manual filter maintenance required.

A compressed-air supply is required for the automatic filter-cleaning function.

High-Performance Welding Fume Extraction

With maximum airflow of up to 3,000m³/hr and approximately 1,800m³/hr airflow at the suction point, the ALLCLEAR MA300 AUTO provides powerful extraction for demanding welding and fabrication environments.

The supplied 3 metre extraction arm can be positioned close to the welding arc or grinding area to capture welding fumes and airborne contaminants directly at the source.

Large Cleanable Cartridge Filter

The MA300 AUTO incorporates a large 14m² nanofibre cartridge filter, providing excellent filtration capacity and extended filter service life.

A spark deflector / pre-separator protects the filter from larger particles and welding sparks, helping reduce the risk of filter damage while increasing filter longevity.

Collected material is deposited into a dedicated dust collection drawer, allowing safer and more convenient removal of welding dust.
