This 1.0mm wire is non-copper coated, which prevents the common issue of copper flakes clogging your liners and contact tips—drastically reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

This 18kg spool is ideal for structural steel, pressure vessels, and general engineering. It provides a stable arc at higher currents than 0.8mm wire, making it the “sweet spot” for welders who need penetration on thicker plates while maintaining control on thinner sections.
