The ESAB Coreshield 77-HS (1.6mm / 1/16″) is a premium self-shielded (gasless) flux-cored wire built for high-speed (HS) welding. This 14.97kg (33lb) spool is specifically engineered for outdoor structural work, site repairs, and general fabrication where wind prevents the use of shielding gas.
The 1.6mm diameter provides a higher deposition rate than smaller wires, making it perfect for filling larger gaps and welding thicker plates faster while maintaining an incredibly stable arc.
