The ESAB Coreshield 77-HS is a high-strength, all-positional self-shielded (gasless) flux-cored wire. This 1.2mm (0.045″) wire is specifically formulated for high-speed (HS) welding on thin to medium-gauge steels.
Packaged in a 14.97kg (33lb) spool, it is the professional choice for outdoor fabrication, site repairs, and automated welding where portability is key. Unlike standard gasless wires, the 77-HS is optimized for smooth arc transfer and superior bead appearance, even in windy conditions.
