The CIGWELD VERTI-COR 91 K2 H4 1.2mm is a premium gas-shielded flux cored welding wire developed for high-strength, low-alloy steel fabrication. It provides excellent weld metal toughness, reliable mechanical properties and a low diffusible hydrogen rating for demanding structural welding applications.

Designed for all-position welding, the CIGWELD VERTI-COR 91 K2 H4 1.2mm produces a stable arc, smooth metal transfer, low spatter and an attractive weld bead. The easily removable slag helps improve productivity and reduces post-weld cleaning time.

The wire contains approximately 1.5% nickel in the deposited weld metal, supporting excellent impact toughness at low temperatures. Its H4 hydrogen classification helps reduce the risk of hydrogen-assisted cracking when welding restrained joints and high-strength steels.

CIGWELD VERTI-COR 91 K2 H4 1.2mm is suitable for heavy structural fabrication, mining equipment, transport manufacturing, pressure vessels, bridges, offshore structures and general engineering. It may also be used for full-strength butt welding of Bisalloy 60 and suitable under-matching applications involving higher-strength Bisalloy grades, subject to an approved welding procedure.

For reliable results, use the CIGWELD VERTI-COR 91 K2 H4 1.2mm with an appropriate argon and carbon dioxide mixed shielding gas and DCEP polarity.
