The CIGWELD Arcmaster XC60 Welding Helmet is a professional auto-darkening welding helmet designed to provide outstanding optical clarity, spacious internal comfort and dependable protection across demanding welding and grinding applications. Featuring a wider helmet shell, the Arcmaster XC60 provides additional room for different head shapes and compatible accessories such as slim neckband earmuffs.
Equipped with a large 109 mm × 76 mm viewing area, four independent arc sensors and high-definition Quad-1 optical performance, the Arcmaster XC60 Welding Helmet provides a clear and natural view of the weld area. Its adjustable shade range of 5–8 and 9–13 makes it suitable for MIG, TIG, Stick, flux-cored welding, plasma cutting and oxy-welding operations.
The four arc sensors provide reliable arc detection, including TIG welding applications down to approximately 5 amps. Digital sensitivity and delay controls allow the welder to customise the lens response according to the welding process, amperage and surrounding conditions.
An external grind-mode button allows the operator to switch quickly between welding and grinding without removing the helmet. In grinding mode, the lens remains at shade 4 for improved visibility and high-impact face protection.
The lightweight 580-gram shell and positive-locking five-point head harness provide excellent stability and reduced fatigue during extended welding sessions. A blue-light outer lens improves visibility in low-light working areas and may help reduce eye fatigue.
The CIGWELD Arcmaster XC60 Welding Helmet WHAMXC060 is an excellent choice for professional fabricators, boilermakers, maintenance technicians, automotive workshops and industrial welders requiring premium clarity, comfort and functionality.
