ALLCLEAR TA500 Grinding & Welding Fume Extraction Table – WTA500

The ALLCLEAR TA500 Grinding & Welding Fume Extraction Table is a heavy-duty downdraft and backdraft welding fume extraction table designed for demanding fabrication, welding and grinding applications.

Powered by a 2.2kW motor, the TA500 delivers airflow up to 2,500m³/hr, helping capture welding fumes, grinding dust and airborne particles directly at the work surface and rear extraction panel.

With a large 1500 × 550mm work surface, heavy-duty 5mm tabletop and 500kg load capacity, the ALLCLEAR TA500 is built for professional fabrication workshops and industrial environments.

Automatic Filter Cleaning

The ALLCLEAR TA500 welding fume extraction table features automatic compressed-air filter cleaning to help maintain consistent airflow and extend filter life with reduced maintenance downtime.

A large 14m² cleanable F9 cartridge filter provides effective filtration, with an optional H13 HEPA filter upgrade available for applications requiring additional filtration.

Downdraft & Backdraft Fume Extraction

The TA500 combines downdraft extraction through the work surface with backdraft capture, helping pull fumes and dust away from the operator’s breathing zone.

Hinged side panels also allow longer fabrication components to be positioned across the table while maintaining effective extraction.
