Heavy-Duty On-Torch Welding Fume Extraction

The ALLCLEAR MT84 On-Torch Welding Fume Extractor captures welding fumes through the supplied FT36E extraction MIG torch.

Unlike conventional extraction arms that require repositioning as the welder moves, the extraction point follows the welding torch. This makes the MT84 particularly effective for large fabricated components, long welds, structural work and applications where welding positions constantly change.

Dual-Motor High Suction Performance

The ALLCLEAR MT84 incorporates two powerful 1.3kW motors, providing a combined motor output of 2.6kW.

With maximum suction pressure up to 25,000Pa and maximum airflow of 380m³/hr, the MT84 is designed for frequent, high-volume industrial welding applications.

Operators can select individual motor operation depending on the required extraction performance, helping optimise suction for different welding conditions.

Automatic Torch-Triggered Extraction

The ALLCLEAR MT84 features Auto and Manual On/Off operation.

When Auto mode is selected, the extractor synchronises with the MIG welding process via the current-sensing system. When welding begins, the extractor automatically activates to capture welding fumes.

This helps simplify operation while reducing unnecessary motor running time.

M-Class PTFE Filter

The ALLCLEAR MT84 welding fume extractor uses a high-performance M-Class PTFE cartridge filter with approximately 99.9% filtration efficiency at 0.3 micron.

The large 4m² conical cartridge filter incorporates anti-clog technology designed to maintain airflow and extend filter service life.

Jet-Clean Filter Cleaning System
