3M™ and Apex Welding Safety Pty Ltd (AWS) guarantee that your 3M™ Speedglas™ Auto-Darkening Welding Lens (ADL) is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

• Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

• Applies to genuine 3M™ Speedglas™ ADL products purchased through authorized distributors

Exclusions:

• Damage caused by improper use, modification, or mishandling of the lens

• Failures resulting from factors beyond the control of AWS

• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses

How to Make a Claim:

1. Include a copy of your receipt with the purchase date.

2. Provide a description of the fault.

3. Submit the claim to Apex Welding Safety or your place of purchase.

Additional Rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

• Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

• You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
