Warranty Coverage:

• Auto-Darkening Welding Lens (ADL): Covered for 3 years from the date of purchase

• Adflo Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR): Covered for 2 years from the date of purchase

What’s Covered:

• Defects in materials or workmanship

• Genuine 3M™ Speedglas™ products purchased through authorized distributors

Exclusions:

• Damage resulting from improper use, modification, or mishandling

• Failures caused by factors beyond the control of Apex Welding Safety Pty Ltd (AWS) or 3M™

• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses

How to Make a Claim:

1. Include a copy of your purchase receipt

2. Provide a description of the fault

3. Submit to Apex Welding Safety or your place of purchase

Australian Consumer Law Rights:

• This warranty is in addition to your rights under the ACL

• You are entitled to:

  • Replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

  • Repair or replacement if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality and the failure is not major
